    Policy FAQ

    If the service provider feels unsafe, mistreated, or harassed (verbally or physically) by a client, or if the service is not appropriate for the client, depending on the client’s information provided at the time of consultation, medical history, injuries, or composition, We have the right to stop or refuse the service. The deposit amount will also be kept.

    Please contact us and let us know about your situation. The treatments we provide are not suitable for anyone who is/or:

    • Under 18 years old

    • Pregnant
    • Breastfeeding 

    • Using Accutane

    • Has heart conditions or using heart medications

    • Has diabetes (will require a physician's note)

    • Has skin disease or irritations 

    • Has had Botox in the last 2 weeks

    • Has gotten a deep tan or chemical peels in the last 2 weeks

    • Allergic to lidocaine, prilocaine, benzocaine, tetracaine or epinephrine

    • Suffering from serious health complications such as cancer, epilepsy, autoimmune disorders, circulatory disorders, any bleeding disorders.

    We require a $50 deposit, which will be applied to any service you pick. The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be applied to your next appointment.

    We appreciate your patronage and ask that you follow the scheduling restrictions. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We not only lose your business when you miss an appointment with us, but we also miss out on the opportunity to accommodate other possible queries for the same time period. In any unforeseen circumstances, we will keep the deposit and use it on your next appointment.

    We request that you come 10 minutes earlier to the start of your reservation. We will do our utmost to accommodate late arrivals; nevertheless, the treatment time may need to be altered to meet the next booked reservation. You will be subject to the cancellation policy if the scheduled treatment cannot be altered due to your late arrival.

    Every client, we believe, is entitled to the highest degree of satisfaction. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are dissatisfied with your service. If you are not totally pleased with your service, we will provide complimentary touch-ups during the first week.
